All registration cancellations must be in writing and received by Wednesday, October 25, 2023. Please submit cancellation requests here. A full refund of the conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after the deadline.
Reservations canceled after October 17, 2023, may incur additional charges and/or fees. Please review your reservations prior to this date to ensure accuracy and avoid penalties. Please refer to the hotel cancellation policy that is included above in the reservation area of this confirmation.
October 18 - 29, 2023: Reservations are being sent to the hotel. No changes or cancellations can be made.
Starting October 30, 2023: Contact your hotel directly for any changes or cancellations.
Substitution for conference registration is permitted prior to the conference and on-site. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for updating contact information AND all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Please submit substitution requests here.

ACH Direct Deposit or Wire Transfer are the most efficient ways to pay for your registration(s). Deadline to receive ACH or wire transfers is Wednesday, October 11th.
Deadline to receive check payments for registration and housing is Tuesday, October 17, 2023. Check payments will not be accepted after this date. If your check does not arrive by the deadline, your registration payment type will be changed, and you will be required to provide alternate form of payment.

You must make your check payable to Maritz. If your check is made out to ABRCMS, ASM, or some variation that includes ABRCMS or ASM in the payable line, the check will be returned. Personal checks will not be accepted.
All ABRCMS attendees are required to always wear conference badges on-site. Badges give you access to sessions, exhibit halls, workshops, meals, and social activities. It is your responsibility to ensure you always have your badge. There is a charge of $25 for badge replacement. No exceptions will be made.
By registering for ABRCMS, you agree to allow ASM/ABRCMS to use any photos taken of you during the conference in news media, websites, publications, articles, marketing pieces, etc. In order to protect data shared during presentations, no photos may be taken of posters or scientific session slides at ABRCMS.

In order to provide attendees with valuable, relevant resources and networking opportunities, ABRCMS gives attendees a choice to opt-in to receive emails from ABRCMS or relevant ASM Education programs.
