The 2008 ABRCMS will be held November 5 – 8 at the Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Hotel Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Coronado Springs is located in the heart of Walt Disney World; this distinctive convention hotel is conveniently located near Epcot, the Disney-MGM Studios, Disney Animal Kingdom Theme Park and the Magic Kingdom Park. Disney's Coronado Springs Resort was named for Francisco Vasquez de Coronado, a 16th-century Spanish explorer. In 1540, he set sail for the New World in search of the Seven Cities of Cibola and their fabled riches of gold. He never found the legendary riches, but members of his group became the first Europeans to reach the Grand Canyon.

Air Travel

ABRCMS has established a relationship with Delta and American Airlines to offer discounted airline tickets for traveling to Orlando. Please read the instructions below to take advantage of this great opportunity.

Ground Transportation

Disney's Magical Express Service is an airport service that offers hassle free, complimentary transportation from the Orlando International Airport to your hotel, and then back again when your stay is over, for both you and your luggage. The magical part of this service is that if you utilize the Disney's Magical Express luggage tags provided, you do not have to claim your luggage when you arrive at the Orlando International Airport. Disney's Magical Express claims your luggage on your behalf and delivers it directly to your Walt Disney World® room.

In order to use this airport shuttle service you must make a reservation by calling 407-827-6777; please note you have to have your room reservation confirmation number before you are able to make a Disney's Magical Express Service reservation. All reservations need to be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival.

Other Ground Transportation Options from Orlando International Airport

Other transportation options from the Orlando International Airport include shuttle, limousine and car rental. Mears Airport Shuttle is available from Orlando International Airport to your Walt Disney World® Resort hotel. Shuttle tickets may be purchased at the time of boarding. For return to the airport, the shuttle boards at the entrance of every Walt Disney World® Resort hotel. Make reservations 24 hours in advance and allow a minimum of two hours before flight time. Driving Directions

If you're traveling by car, it's easy to find the Walt Disney World® Resort. Resort is located southwest of Orlando, off Interstate 4, west of the Florida Turnpike. Exit 65 will take you to Coronado Springs. From Orlando International Airport: take OIA South Exit (FL 417S - Toll) to the Osceola Parkway West (Exit 3) to Walt Disney World Exits.

• The discount is valid for percentage discount travel from all markets where American Airlines, American Eagle, AmericanConnection Service and all oneworld Alliance Partners (collectively "American Airlines") providing service for US/CAN, Puerto Rico, USVI, Bahamas, Bermuda, the Caribbeans, Europe, Pacific Mexico and Latin America point of sale only.
• The percentage discount can be booked on-line at www.aa.com for AA/AE flights only. Use the authorization number noted as the aa.com discount code. Certain restrictions apply.
• Not valid for use in conjunction with any other discounted type far, i.e. Senior, Child, Mlty./Govt., non-discountable excursion fares.
• Discounts will apply to discountable fares where American Airlines, American Airlines codeshare, or oneworld alliance partners are involved. AA ust be the governing carrier.

• Reservations created specifically for this agreement may be claimed once the authorization number has been assigned. Agencies ticketing on Sabre may claim once the PNR is created.
• Pre-reserve seats, names and electronic ticketing will be done by the agency who claims the record.
• Do not remove or alter the corporate name field.
• Itinerary changes, other than simple schedule changes, must be done by American Airlines Group & Meeting Travel.
