Postdoctoral Fellowship Recruitment Opportunity

Since 2001, ABRCMS has nearly tripled the number of graduate students and postdoctoral scientists. This has prompted ABRCMS to offer a new Postdoctoral Fellowship Recruitment opportunity.  This will enable exhibitors to market their postdoctoral opportunities to senior level doctorate graduate students and postdoctoral scientists. For this year, this opportunity is only open to exhibitors who also purchase a booth in the main exhibit hall.

Benefits

• Exhibitors will have the opportunity to visit exclusively with graduate students and postdoctoral scientists during the conference.

• Exhibitors will have the opportunity to visit poster presentations from senior level doctoral graduate students.

Recruitment Date and Times

Friday, November 7               9:30 - 10:30 a.m.  &  2:15 - 3:15 p.m.

The Postdoctoral recruitment will be held separately from the regular exhibit hours.  Recruitment hours will not conflict with the main exhibit recruitment hours.  

How to Reserve a Recruitment Table

Registration opens May 15th at Noon EST.

To reserve a table in the postdoctoral recruitment hall, you must select

"postdoctoral recruitment" on the exhibit booth contract.  Exhibit booth contract can be found at the link below.

Fee

Postdoctoral Recruitment Table Fee - $250

Recruitment tables will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Space is limited so act quickly.
