Benefits & Services

Lead Retrieval System

ABRCMS is introducing the Lead Retrieval System (LRS) to our exhibitors this year. This system will allow exhibitors to scan barcodes on attendees' name badges to gather contact information. Rental of the LRS is optional and available at

an additional fee.

Early Admittance into Exhibit Hall

Individuals with exhibitor badges may enter the exhibit hall 30 minutes prior to opening of the exhibition. Students assisting with the set-up of the booths must be registered for the conference and have the exhibitor pass designated for students. A limited number will be available on-site. As a safety measure, the exhibit hall will be closed to all attendees during nonexhibition hours. Please plan accordingly.

Conference Orientation for Exhibitors

On Thursday, November 8, 8:15 a.m. - 9:15 a.m., two concurrent orientation sessions will be held for exhibitors. One session is for first-time ABRCMS exhibitors and the other for returning exhibitors. At the orientations, first-time exhibitors learn best practices for exhibiting at ABRCMS. Returning exhibitors learn how they can impact the conference directly through the sessions, workshops, and various activities. In the past, both types of exhibitors have indicated that orientations were helpful for successfully recruiting students at conference.

Networking with Disciplinary Societies

Networking sessions with professional societies will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 8:15 p.m. - 9:15 p.m. These informal sessions, led by professional society members, provide a forum for societies to engage in small group discussions with students. Discussions focus on the societies’ student activities and on career pathways within their respective disciplines. We strongly recommend that any exhibitor representing a professional society attend. After participating in ABRCMS, all students are encouraged to continue their scientific and professional development by attending professional society meetings in their respective disciplines.

Shipment-Freeman

Freeman is the official ABRCMS shipping provider. Alternate shipping methods are available; however, Freeman is not responsible for items lost or damaged by an alternate carrier and ABRCMS holds no liability for shipped items regardless of the carrier. An ABRCMS Exhibitor Service manual will be e-mailed to each registered exhibitor three weeks prior to the conference. The manual includes information such as exhibition rules and regulations, shipping addresses and order forms, freight and labor deaadlines, and procedures for purchasing additional booth furniture. Call Freeman’s Exhibitor Services department at 773-473-7080 with any questions or needs you may have.
