Committment to Sponsorship Form - Available May 2012

ABRCMS welcomes your participation and invites you to partner with us to take advantage of our many sponsorship opportunities. Let us be your gateway to increase exposure and heighten awareness of your organization.

Sponsorship Benefits

ABRCMS invites you to review the sponsorship opportunities and benefits that are available for the 2012 Conference. Please note that exhibition booth fees are not included in the various levels of sponsorship. These fees would be in addition to the sponsor levels listed below.

As a Bronze Sponsor (less than $2,000), you will receive:

• Recognition on conference website
• Recognition in the Exhibitor Guide
• Recognition on conference signage
• Copy of conference press release

As a Silver Sponsor ($2,000 to less than $5,000), you will receive:

• All benefits of a bronze sponsor
• Priority exhibit booth selection 48 hours prior to the exhibit launch date (limited to one booth per $2,000 donation).
• Free copy of the ABRCMS mailing list (valued at $350)
• A group photo with awardees if you sponsor student presentation awards

As a Gold Sponsor ($5,000 to less than $10,000), you will receive:

• All benefits of a silver sponsor
• One free conference registration
• Free half page advertisement in the Exhibitor Guide (valued at $500)

As a Platinum Sponsor ($10,000 or more), you will receive:

• All benefits of a gold sponsor
• Free full page advertisements in the Exhibitor Guide (valued at $1,000)
• Priority selection of exhibit booth space prior to printing of Exhibit Prospectus.

(ASM has not provided any goods or services in exchange for this contribution)

ADVERTISEMENT

In addition to the 1000-character complimentary exhibitor description, exhibitors may place a full-page or half-page black and white advertisement in the main exhibitor guide. And

This is a great opportunity to promote your institution and its services to conference attendees. Each attendee will receive a copy of the Exhibitor Guide.

Fees: • Full-page $1,000 • Half-page $500

Exhibt Guide Advertisement Intent Form - Available May 2012

New for 2011, ABRCMS introduces advertising slides.   Take advantage of the opportunity to advertise on the big screen and in color (optional).  Projection screens in sessions rooms, including in the dinning hall, will show your ad prior to sessions and during meals. 

• Cost is $2,500 per ad slide/per day

• Ad slides can be in black & white or full color

• Ad slide will run in session rooms prior to presentations.  Available days are Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There no limit on the number of days to purchase.

• No more than five ads slides will be allowed per day.

EXHIBIT HALL RAFFLE

The exhibit hall raffle is held outside the Exhibit Hall at the ABRCMS booth.  The raffle is an effort to promote student participation in the Exhibits Program, so we encourage you  to give raffle tickets to students who show genuine interest in your programs and engage you in dialogue.

Please donate hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, windbreakers, duffel bags, backpacks, travel mugs, portfolios or other items with your organization or school logos to be raffled off at the conference. Donor exhibitors are recognized in the Exhibitor Guide as well as on-site at the conference. Send donations to:
