Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is the official hotel headquarters for the 2008 ABRCMS.  All conference activities will be held at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. Currently, Coronado Springs Resort is sold out.  The Caribbean Beach Resort will serve as the overflow hotel.  Please know that occasionally individuals may cancel and rooms may become available.   Please check periodically for availability.

How to Make a Reservation

Although the ABRCMS room block at Coronado Springs Resort is sold out, additional rooms are available at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.  Caribbean Beach Resort will honor the same room rates as Coronado Springs Resort.  One night deposit is required per room per reservation.

To reserve a room at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort or Caribbean Beach Resort:

     1.    Call Disney's Coronado Springs Resort at (407) 939-1020 or click on

           the link below:

     2.    Proceed with your reservation.  If no rooms are available at Disney's

             Coronado Springs Resort, you will be booked at the Caribbean Beach

             Resort.

     3.    ASM will receive a reservation list from Caribbean Beach Resort on a

            weekly basis.  Our goal is to move as many individuals as to

            Coronado Springs Resort as rooms become available.  In the event

            that we are unable to move the majority of people to Coronado

            Springs Resort, we will provide transportation for those staying at

            Caribbean Beach Resort.

ABRCMS Discounted Reference Code: ABRCMS (Government rated rooms can be requested after the ABRCMS discounted reference code is given). One night deposit is required per room per reservation.

ABRCMS Room Block

Rooms have been blocked for ABRCMS attendees at a discounted rate at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.

The hotel reservation deadline is October 4, 2008. However, rooms are subject to availability and may sell out before the reservation deadline. Please reserve early to avoid disappointment.

$139 per night (single/double)
$154 per night (triple)
$169 per night (quad)
Additional Person (18 yrs and older): $15.00 per person per night

Check-in Time: 3:00 pm
Check-out Time: 11:00 am

A limited number of rooms at the current government rate are available to qualified participants, on a first-come, first-served basis. Appropriate identification will be required at check-in.
