Registration and Hotel Reservations for the 2018 ABRCMS Conference will open in Mid-May.
We heard your feedback and are working to redesign the registration and hotel reservation experience to improve the process and create a system that is easy to use, runs smoothly, and offers more comprehensive information to help make it easier for you. This redesign is taking longer than expected leading to a new registration and hotel reservation open date of Mid May.
Some of the enhancements include:
One registration flow allowing administrators and students to register on the same site.
The daily dining plan will now be included in the registration fee, therefore only one payment to one company will be required.
The hotel reservation process is now attached to the registration process so you can complete your registration and hotel reservation at one time. We have designed the system to allow you to make a hotel reservation first, then come back into your record and add registration at a later time if you choose.
Experient is ABRCMS’ selected vendor to manage the registration, dining plan, and the hotel reservation process. The benefit is that one payment can be made for all three processes. NOTE: All registration and hotel reservation payments will be made directly to Experient, Inc. If your University, College or Company will need to add Experient as a vendor in your systems to enable payments to Experient, the information, including the Experient W-9.
