Onsite Services at ABRCMS

ABRCMS supports the practice of inclusion and accessibility. We will provide several onsite services to enhance your conference experience.

Onsite Childcare. We are a family-friendly meeting and will provide childcare services to support parents. To ensure that we have enough childcare providers, you MUST indicate your need for childcare during the online conference registration process.

ABRCMS will cover all administrative costs for the Children’s Room and activities provided by our onsite childcare provider, Tots On The Spot. However, you will be required to pay a registration fee for caregiving for each of your children. To register for childcare you will need to:

  • Review the Tots On The Spot information page
  • Read the terms and conditions
  • Complete the online childcare registration form (look for the red button at the bottom of the information page) for each of your children

While we are committed to providing childcare, if there is not sufficient demand, we will be unable to offer it. The deadline to sign up for childcare is Wednesday, October 30, 2019.

Policies Regarding Children. If children 2 years old and over attend any portion of ABRCMS (e.g., sessions, exhibits, or meals), they must be registered for the conference, pay the conference fee, wear a conference badge and be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian at all times.

ABRCMS reserves the right to ask parents and/or guardians of children to leave the conference for distractive, disruptive, or dangerous behavior. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the ABRCMS childcare policy, please direct them to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Meals. Anyone entering conference meal areas must be registered and show an ABRCMS name badge at the door. Children under age 2 may accompany their parents and/or guardians to meals as long as they are seated in a stroller or on a parent or guardian's lap. There are no exceptions to the rule.

Exhibit Hall. Minors may only enter the exhibit hall if a parent and/or guardian accompanies them and signs a release (available at the registration desk) waiving ABRCMS of all liability. An ABRCMS staff member will co-sign the release. Before entering the exhibit hall with a minor, the parent or guardian must present a copy of the co-signed release to the security staff. No strollers will be allowed in the exhibit hall.

ADA Services. ABRCMS supports the practice of inclusion and accessible meetings as guided by the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you require special services such as a scooter or wheelchair, please indicate your needs during the online registration process. We will accommodate reasonable requests whenever possible.

ABRCMS will also provide:
• Exam and Study rooms
• A Prayer room
• A Lactation room

If you require any specific aids or services while you are onsite, please inquire at the registration desk.
