Badges All ABRCMS attendees are required to wear conference badges on-site at all times. Badges give you access to sessions, exhibit hall, workshops, socials and all meals including the closing banquet. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have your badge at all times. There is a charge of $100 for badge replacement. No exceptions will be made. Child Waiver Policy: Policies Regarding Children at ABRCMS Due to liability reasons, ABRCMS strongly discourages young children from attending the conference. If you have children accompanying you, please make alternative arrangements for childcare services. Children (2 years or above) who attend any portion of ABRCMS (e.g. sessions, exhibits, meals), must be a paid registrant. ABRCMS is an educational meeting for young adults and bringing young children to the meeting is strongly discouraged. However, if there are no other alternatives and children accompany you, please contact the hotel for assistance in coordinating childcare services in your hotel room. If children attend any portion of ABRCMS (e.g. sessions, exhibits, meals), they must be registered for the conference, pay the conference fee, and wear a conference badge. A registration form and payment must be completed at the registration desk for any children accompanying a parent and/or guardian. The registration fees for the full and single day pass are $450 and $200 respectively. There is one exception to the registration payment rule limited to babies and children under 2 accompanying parents to meals (see meals below). In consideration of other participants, all young children are discouraged from attending sessions and exhibits. ABRCMS reserves the right to ask parents and/or guardians of children to leave the conference for distractive, disruptive or dangerous behavior. For the benefit and protection of all, no distractive, disruptive or dangerous behavior will be tolerated. Meals. All persons entering meals must be registered and show the ABRCMS name badge at the door. There is one exception to this rule: babies and children under 2 may accompany their parent and/or guardian to meals as long as they are seated in a stroller or on the parent’s and/or guardian’s lap. There are no exceptions to this rule. Exhibit Hall entrance policy – Parent and/or guardian of children (minors) who accompany them into the exhibit hall must sign a release waiving ABRCMS of all liabilities. The release is co-signed by an ABRCMS staff member. A copy of the release must be presented to security staff prior to entering the exhibit hall. Release forms are available at the registration desk. No strollers are allowed in the exhibit hall.
