Conference Registration Instructions & Sample

 

The four registration options are:

1. Individual paying by single credit card.

2. Individual paying by check/money order.

3. Group payment using single credit card.

4. Group payment using check/money order.

Below you will find instruction on how to pay for your registration depending on which of these options you will be choosing when registering.

Sample Registration Form - this form provides a sample of what information you will need to provide during the registration process.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

INDIVIDUAL PAYING BY CREDIT CARD

1. Complete and submit the registration form along with credit card information.

2. When you submit this form, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation via email.

3. Print the email receipt/message for your records.

4. If you are using a third-party credit card, it is your responsibility to provide the receipt for registration to the cardholder.

 

INDIVIDUAL PAYING BY CHECK/MONEY ORDER

1. Registration is a two part process; part 1 will establish a record upon completion of an individual registration form, and part 2 will require full payment for your registration.

2. Complete the registration form and print the Booking Summary/Invoice page when indicated.

3. Attach the printed form to a check or money order made payable to ASM and submit the form and check directly to ABRCMS Registration, P.O. Box 3867, Frederick, MD 21705.

Forms must be postmarked by October 17 to receive discount registration.

4. Within 5 business days after receipt of the printed form and payment, you will receive an official ABRCMS confirmation via email which will also serve as your receipt. Print the email receipt/message for your records.

 

GROUP PAYMENT USING A SINGLE CREDIT CARD

1. Registrations for a group should be made by the group representative (e.g., the program director or someone traveling with the group). The group registration form requires the name, address, demographic information, educational level, and scientific field affiliation for each individual in the group. Be sure to have all this information before starting the registration process.

2. The representative must complete and submit a group registration form and provide credit card information.

3. When the representative submits the group’s registration form, all individuals registered in the group will receive an automatically generated confirmation via email.

4. Each individual in the group should print the email receipt/message for his/her records.

5. If the group representative is using a third-party credit card, it is his/her responsibility to provide the receipt for registration to the cardholder.

 

GROUP PAYMENT USING CHECK/MONEY ORDER
