Notification Letters Notification letters will be e-mailed by Monday, October 1, 2012. Once an abstract has been submitted, the only means of communication will be e-mail. Therefore, it is very important that a valid and current e-mail address be on record. All authors listed on the abstract and for whom correct e-mail addresses have been provided, including the research mentor and program director (if applicable), will be sent an e-mail containing the abstract notification letter. It is the responsibility of the presenting author to inform any other individuals of the abstract status. If a notification letter has not been received by Wednesday, October 3, please check your e-mail system's junk or spam folder before e-mailing ABRCMS Staff Ronica Rodela (rrodela@asmusa.org) to request a copy of the missing notification letter.
