Exhibition Registration Fees

Premier Exhibit Booth:  $1,800

Prime Exhibit Booth:  $1,500

The only difference between premier and prime is location in the exhibition hall. Locations are indicated on the floor plan. ABRCMS will offer 134 premier booths and 116 prime booths. Booths are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Exhibition Provisions

The 2008 ABRCMS exhibition registration fee includes:

• ONE conference registration, which includes all conference materials, all planned meals, closing banquet, refreshment breaks, and access to all sessions

• 10' x 10' exhibit space (8' backdrop and 3' dividers)

• 10' x 10' carpet in exhibit space

• One 6' table with skirt, two chairs and a trash can

• Identification sign in exhibit space (limited to 80 characters including spaces)

• Program description in the exhibitor guide (limited to 100 words)

• Institution URL on ABRCMS website (if provided on contract)

• Access to exhibitor lounge during exhibit hours (coffee and tea provided)

• General Security service

• Daily aisle maintenance and cleaning
