Exhibition Cancellation Policy

All exhibit booth cancellations must be received in writing by October 1, 2008.

A refund of the exhibit booth fee, minus a $200 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received by this date. No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2008. All booth cancellations must be faxed to (202) 942-9329 or mailed to the ABRCMS mailing address:
