All exhibit booth cancellations must be received by October 1, 2012. For exhibit booth cancellations, please complete and submit the exhibit booth cancellation form found below. Exhibit Booth Cancellation Form - Available May 2012 For cancellations received before October 1, the exhibit fee, minus a $200 processing fee per booth, will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after October 1. Cancellation requests must be emailed to abrcms@asmusa.org or faxed to (202) 403-3513.
