Abstract Reviewing

Dates: September 11 - 15, 2008

Eligibility:

• Postdoctoral scientist, faculty member or program director, and
• Active researcher in one of the ten scientific disciplines represented at the conference.

Each reviewer will be assigned approximately 15 abstracts in their scientific discipline of expertise to review online through our abstract reviewer site. On Thursday, September 11, reviewers will receive an email containing the link to the review site along with a login name and password. Reviewers must enter the site and review their abstracts before COB on Monday, September 15.

The review process for poster presentations consists of accepting or rejecting abstracts based on demonstration of scientific problem and quality of writing. Three reviewers will be assigned to each abstract. All three scores will be considered what making the final decision. An abstract needs at least two "accept" scores to be accepted to present at the 2008 ABRCMS.
