Eligibility: Poster Presentation
Prospective poster abstract submitters must satisfy the following:
- Be an undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior; a postbaccalaureate student; or a graduate student as of November 7, 2012.
Eligibility: Oral Presentation
Prospective oral abstract submitters must satisfy the following:
- Be an undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior as of November 7, 2012.
- Cannot be a previous ABRCMS presentation awardee
Important Eligibility Information
- Only one abstract submission, poster or oral, per student is acceptable. Students must decide between submitting an abstract for poster presentation or oral presentation. If a student is listed as the presenting author on more than one abstract, all abstracts associated with the student will be automatically rejected.
- Only presentations from undergraduate and postbaccalaureate students will be judged on-site and be eligible for awards.
- Graduate students and previous ABRCMS poster or oral presentation awardees may only submit abstracts for poster presentation, and these are ineligible to be judged or receive awards.
- Undergraduate freshman and postdoctoral scientists are not eligible to submit abstracts.
- Oral presentations are only available for undergraduate students whom have not won a previous ABRCMS presentation award.
